YES. Suede Logistics is absolutely insured including Public Liability Insurance and Goods in Care/Transit Insurance.
How can I save money and speed up the process of my move?
Fortunately for you there are many ways of doing this.
For starters, making sure everything in cupboards, wardrobes, bedside tables, and most importantly your fridge, are packed away. When boxing up items, labelling the boxes can help you as well as it means we know exactly where to put them at your new house.
While we have all the required tools and knowledge to disassemble any required furniture, you doing it will save you a lot of time and money.
What if my items do not fit in one load?
This is not a problem at all as we will do as many return trips as needed. Alternatively, you can book in for three men or two 4.5 tonne trucks if you would like to avoid return trips or speed up the process.
Is there anything you do not transport?
Unfortunately, at this current moment we do not move Pianos and Gas Bottles. However we are more than happy to recommend reliable options for this.
What if I need to cancel?
We completely understand that moving can be unpredictable so if you need to cancel that is no problem. However, if you cancel within 24 hours of the scheduled arrival time, there will be a $75 cancellation fee.
